The Waiting Room teaches four disciplines:

1. Learn daily — gain the knowledge your next level requires.
2. Execute daily — turn knowledge into measurable action.
3. Build valuable skills — develop capabilities that solve real problems and generate income.
4. Bring more jars — increase your capacity, opportunities, systems and reach.
5. Partner strategically — collaborate with people who bring complementary skills, resources and access.

The oil may already be in your hands, but multiplication requires capacity, ex*****on and partnership.

Learn. Execute. Build. Expand. Partner. Multiply.

The unspoken truth: collecting knowledge without ex*****on only creates an educated person who is still waiting.

WHY DO YOU NEED COACHING?

Not because you lack potential—but because potential without clarity, strategy and accountability can remain unrealised.

My next 6-Week Coaching Programme starts in September, with only 3 spaces available.

For R3,500, you will receive:

* Six focused, one-hour coaching sessions with me
* A personalised 90-Day Ex*****on Plan
* Clear direction for your vision
* Practical weekly action steps
* Accountability to help you move from intention to measurable progress

This is for you if you are ready to stop postponing your vision and start executing it with discipline.

Your vision does not need another year of waiting. It needs a plan—and your commitment to execute it.

🌙 THURSDAY EVENING IN THE WAITING ROOM

I can relate.

There was a time when I kept telling myself:

“I’ll start next year.”

Next year felt safer.

More time.
More preparation.
Maybe more money.
Maybe more confidence.

But eventually I realised something:

I could no longer keep deferring my own vision.

I was showing up for work.

Showing up for other people.

Showing up for responsibilities.

But was I consistently showing up for myself?

That question changed me.

I stopped waiting to feel completely ready.

I started writing.

I published the book.

I created the planner.

I built the coaching programme.

I started building The Waiting Room into an ecosystem.

Not because everything was perfect.

Because I finally decided my vision deserved my participation.

And this is what I want to tell someone tonight:

You can pray about your vision.

Write it down.

Talk about it.

Plan it.

But eventually, you have to show up for it.

Your dream cannot keep surviving on “next year.”

🔥 Before you sleep tonight, give your vision 20 minutes.

Write the paragraph.

Send the email.

Research the business.

Contact the customer.

Start the application.

Do something that says:

“I am no longer postponing myself.”

👇🏾 Be honest:

What have you been saying you’ll start “next year”?

Write it in the comments.

Maybe tonight is when next year becomes TODAY.

💜 The Waiting Room
Show up for yourself. Then EXECUTE.

YOU ARE NOT LAZY. YOU MAY BE STUCK.
There is a difference.
Lazy says: “I don't want to do it.”
Stuck says:
“I want to move, but I don't know how.”
You have the vision.
You think about it constantly.
You know there is more inside you.
But every time you try to move, something stops you.
Maybe it's fear.
Overthinking.
Perfectionism.
Past disappointment.

🔥 THURSDAY AFTERNOON IN THE WAITING ROOM

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” — Zechariah 4:10

Read that again:

God rejoices to see the WORK BEGIN.

Some of us have prayed enough about what God has already told us to start.

The business.

The book.

The programme.

The ministry.

The solution.

The idea that could solve somebody else’s problem.

At some point, waiting becomes avoidance.

Stop being stubborn about starting small.

Stop demanding the complete blueprint before taking the first step.

Partner with God and START.

The world has problems.

You have knowledge.

You have experience.

You have gifts.

You have ideas.

And somewhere there may be a person praying for a solution that God has already placed inside you.

That is exactly why I wrote The Waiting Room.

📱 The Waiting Room eBook — R199

It is for the person saying:

“I know I am called for more, but I feel stuck.”

It will help you rethink your waiting season and begin asking:

What should I be learning?
What should I be building?
What should I be executing NOW?

R199 will not build your entire vision.

But investing R199 in moving yourself from stuck towards clarity and ex*****on can be a meaningful first step.

And you don’t have to wait for delivery.

Once your payment is processed, your eBook can be sent directly to your inbox so you can start reading immediately.

🔥 TODAY’S QUESTION IS NOT:

“Can I start perfectly?”

It is:

“Am I willing to BEGIN?”

📩 DM me “EBOOK” to get your copy for R199.

Don’t tell your vision “next month” again.

God rejoices to see the work BEGIN.

Start today.

The simplest distinction is:

Planning decides what should happen. Ex*****on makes it happen.

Planning asks: What is the goal? What is the strategy? What resources do I need? What could go wrong?
Ex*****on asks: What am I doing today? By when? What result did it produce? What needs to change?

The uncomfortable truth is that planning can create the feeling of progress without producing progress. You can perfect the strategy, redesign the vision board, attend another workshop, rewrite the business plan—and still have zero customers.

Ex*****on introduces something planning cannot: evidence.

You planned to contact 50 companies. Ex*****on is sending the first email.
You planned to write a book. Ex*****on is completing today's 1,000 words.
You planned to increase revenue. Ex*****on is making the offer, following up and asking for the sale.

And there is an important third element:

Planning → Ex*****on → Feedback → Adjustment → Ex*****on again.

Great executors are not necessarily people with perfect plans. They are people who move quickly enough to discover what the original plan got wrong.

A powerful principle for The Waiting Room is:

> Vision tells you where you are going.
Planning determines the route.
Ex*****on moves your feet.
Results reveal whether the route works.

That is why people can remain in a waiting season far longer than necessary: sometimes they are not waiting for an opportunity—they are waiting while avoiding the ex*****on their opportunity requires.

22/08/2026

God is working—even when you cannot see it.

This is your season of multiplication and YES. Sow faithfully, steward wisely and act boldly; God multiplies what you commit to Him.

“Now He who supplies seed to the sower… will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.” — 2 Corinthians 9:10

Don’t just celebrate the promise. Participate in it.

What is one practical step you will take today—send the email, make the call, start the plan or give the gift—to sow into the future you are praying for?

☀️ FRIDAY MORNING IN THE WAITING ROOM

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” — James 1:22

Good morning, family. 💜

Friday has become something important in The Waiting Room:

🔥 FRIDAY EX*****ON CHALLENGE.

Because faith is not only what we believe.

Faith should change how we live.

You prayed about the business.

What did you build?

You prayed for financial increase.

What did you change about your money?

You prayed for the opportunity.

Did you prepare yourself for it?

You asked God to bless the vision.

Did you work on it this week?

Sometimes we keep asking God for another instruction when we haven't executed the last one.

Today, don't overwhelm yourself with everything that remains unfinished.

Choose ONE important action.

📞 Make the call.
📩 Send the proposal.
📝 Write the page.
💰 Make the payment.
🤝 Follow up with the client.
🔥 Finish the task you've been avoiding.

Then DO IT before this day ends.

🙏🏾 FRIDAY PRAYER

Father, thank You for Your Word. Give me wisdom to hear You clearly and courage to act on what You show me. Deliver me from procrastination, distraction and empty intention. Help me to faithfully execute what You have placed in my hands. In Jesus' mighty Name, Amen.

🔥 FRIDAY EX*****ON CHALLENGE

Complete this sentence:

“Before today ends, I WILL __________.”

Put it in the comments.

Then come back when it's finished and write:

DONE ✅

Let's build a community where faith produces action and vision produces evidence.

💜 The Waiting Room

Don't just hear it. DO IT.

In this week’s edition of The Waiting Room Newsletter, we asked an important question:

What are you multiplying this month?

Leadership is multiplication.

Leaders multiply what they repeatedly model:

If you model panic, panic spreads.
If you model discipline, discipline becomes normal.
If you model clarity, people begin to think more clearly.
If you model ownership, accountability grows.

Your presence is never neutral. People learn what is acceptable by observing what you consistently demonstrate—not merely what you say.

So, pause and ask yourself:

What is my leadership presence multiplying in the people around me?

Your habits are becoming someone else’s permission.

Make sure you are multiplying what you want your team, family and community to become.
