Our Grade 5 learners stepped back in time for an immersive Egypt Day, bringing their History curriculum to life! 🏺🐪

Dressed as everyday Egyptian civilians, our learners welcomed the Intermediate Phase with an impressive tableau, setting the scene for a day of exploration and discovery.

Throughout the day, they prepared food and drinks for a Pharaoh’s Feast, designed and set a table fit for a pharaoh, worked in groups to create their own Ancient Egyptian artefacts and put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test in the Coding Room.

Out Grade 5s discovered that learning really does come alive when you can see it, create it and experience it!

🥁Our talented drumming learners performed during a breaktime concert today. The concert provided an exciting opportunity for learners to showcase their developing rhythmic skills, confidence and musicality while gaining valuable experience performing in front of an audience. Their energy, focus and teamwork were fantastic to see, and we wish them all the very best for the Eisteddfod!🥁

GROVE vs PINEHURST PRIMARY DERBY

What a weekend! The Grove proudly took on Pinehurst Primary in this year’s Derby, hosted by Pinehurst Primary, and what an incredible show of school spirit it was! 💙💚

From cross-country and hockey to netball, rugby, GK, football and chess, our Grovites showed up, gave it their all and represented The Grove with pride, passion and plenty of enthusiasm! 🏑⚽🏉🏐♟️

A huge shoutout to our amazing players, dedicated staff and our wonderful Grove families who came out in full force to cheer our teams on. Your support makes all the difference! 🙌

Our Grade 3s have been exploring Space through PBL and were challenged to design their very own planet that could one day be discovered in our solar system! 🪐✨

From creative landscapes to fascinating features, we have had some truly out-of-this-world creations! 👩‍🚀🌌
