More goes into a cherry farm than just the cherries. The cherries are picked by the people. The people who were willing to learn. 🍒
Strong teams aren’t built by chance—they’re built with intention.
Every high-performing team starts with people who are willing to listen, communicate openly, and work towards a shared purpose. Teamwork doesn’t improve simply because time passes; it grows when teams make space to reflect, identify challenges, and intentionally develop healthier ways of working together.
When communication becomes clearer, trust begins to deepen. When trust grows, collaboration becomes more effective. And when individuals understand both their own role and the value of those around them, the entire organisation benefits.
Building a strong team is an ongoing process. It requires honest conversations, practical action, and a willingness to keep learning together. Small, consistent improvements often have the greatest long-term impact.
At Anida Training, we believe that investing in people is one of the most valuable investments any organisation can make. Because when people grow, teams grow. And when teams grow, organisations are better equipped to thrive through every season.

Meet Jaidie. 💛
Jaidie’s journey is one of resilience and courage. Growing up without her biological parents, she and her sister leaned on each other through life’s challenges.
As one of our training supervisors, Jaidie has embraced the opportunity to grow—not only in her skills, but in how she sees herself. Throughout the programme, she discovered her own worth, grew in confidence, and made the brave decision to take the next step towards independence.
Today, she’s ready to begin a new chapter, moving into a place of her own and believing in the future she is building.
Stories like Jaidie’s remind us that when people are empowered, encouraged, and given the opportunity to grow, lasting change is possible. We’re so proud of you, Jaidie. 🌿

Our LEAD ABC programme, facilitated by Kobie Jones, is proving to be a highly effective way of developing leaders in the workplace.
This course replaces our previous Basic Management Principles programme and has been redesigned to better support both learners and employers.
With only two face-to-face training days, learners spend less time away from work while still receiving meaningful support and guidance. Assignments before and after the training help learners apply what they have learned in real workplace situations.
A key benefit of this format is the ongoing involvement of the facilitator, who supports, encourages and guides learners throughout the process. Direct supervisors are also encouraged to play an active role, helping to create accountability and lasting growth.
We continue to see excellent results from this approach and are excited about the impact it is making in organisations.

This is Chrissie, a strong and determined woman from Malawi. She made the difficult decision to leave her children at home so that she could come and work in South Africa to provide for them.
Most of what she earns is sent back home to support her daughter and two younger children. Chrissie is not afraid of hard work. She stands firm in what is right, leads faithfully in her church community, and continues to persevere through many hardships to make sure her children have food on the table.
Women like Chrissie remind us what courage, sacrifice, and resilience truly look like. ❤️
