Community Talks – Vista Academy – a division of Vista Clinic These mental wellness support sessions are open to the entire community, including health professionals and anyone with an interest in the topic. The sessions will be held at our partial hospitalization venue.

Next month we focus on forming a Healthy Relationship with Yourself—what self-respect looks like, how to communicate with yourself in kinder and more constructive ways, and how to build inner habits that support your well-being and personal growth.

This session is open to the public and aims to empower individuals with the insight, skills, and confidence to cultivate a meaningful, compassionate, and resilient relationship with themselves.
