What a fun and exciting week we’ve had at Tiny Toes! 🌈☔️ We loved exploring our theme Rain & the Water Cycle through lots of hands-on activities, play and discovery.

🔬 Science Fun: We learned all about clouds, rain and where rain comes from, discovering how water travels through the water cycle. The children were fascinated watching and talking about the different stages! ☁️💧🌦️

🫑 Taste & Explore: We also had fun tasting sweet peppers and exploring new tastes and textures. The children were very brave little explorers! 😋

💙 Light & Dark Blue: We created beautiful light and dark blue raindrops, helping the children recognise and compare shades while having lots of creative fun.

🌳 Outdoor Fun: With the warmer temperatures, we made the most of our beautiful weather and enjoyed plenty of outdoor play, sunshine, movement and happy little moments together. ☀️🛝💦

🛍️💰 Tiny Toes Entrepreneur Day – Where Little Ideas Turn Into Big Dreams! 🚀🐷

At Tiny Toes Preschool, we believe that the BEST learning happens when little hands are busy, little minds are curious and learning feels like PLAY! 🎉🌈

Our theme this week was Money & Shopping, and today our little friends had the opportunity to bring their learning to life during our exciting Entrepreneur Day! 🛒💰

Our little entrepreneurs proudly presented their goodies and eagerly put their shopping skills to the test! 🥰 The rule was simple: 1 coin = 1 item! 🪙➡️🍪🍬🍫

Through this fun real-world experience, our friends practised counting, exchanging money, making choices, communicating, taking turns and problem-solving — all while building confidence, independence and self-esteem! 🌟💕

And of course... the best part was enjoying the delicious results of their purchases! 😄🛍️🍪

🫐💙 Little hands, BIG learning at Tiny Toes! 💙🫐

Did you know that writing skills actually start developing long before children ever hold a pencil? ✏️✨

Today, our little friends had so much fun learning through blueberries! 🫐 We worked those tiny muscles and practised our pincer grip and finger strength while:

🔢 Counting our blueberries to 5
☝️ Using our pointing fingers to squash them
🤏 Strengthening those little fingers for future writing
👀 Developing hand-eye coordination
👅 And, of course… using our taste buds to finish the activity! 😋

At Tiny Toes, we believe that learning happens through play, exploration and lots of messy fun! 💙

Because when little hands are busy playing today, they are building the skills they need for tomorrow. 🌱✏️

So much fun. So much learning. So many little milestones! 🥰
