SACE WC CAPACITY BUILDING SESSION
Yesterday, SACE conducted a capacity building session focused on the CPTD system session held at Durbanville High School situated in Metro North Education District. During the session teachers were capacitated on the effective use of the CPTD system, with a specific focus on how to accurately record and report their professional development activities. The training aimed to enhance educators understanding of the CPTD process and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Council

SACE WC CAPACITY BUILDING SESSION
Yesterday, SACE Western Coodinator conducted a capacity building session focused on the code of Professional Ethics session held at Mfuleni High School the session was joined by all high schools in the area namely Bardale High School, Fairdale High School(no1), Fairdale High School(2), Manzomthombo High School, Mfuleni High School and Mfuleni Technical Academy. All these schools are under Metro North Education District.

The IFTRA 9th Biennial World Conference will convene invited education leaders, teaching councils and strategic partners from across Africa and internationally to engage in critical discussions shaping the future of the teaching profession.
Under the main theme:
“Strengthening the Teaching Profession and Teaching Councils”
The conference will explore important sub-themes including governance models of teaching councils, empowering leadership, data collection and sharing, strategic partnerships, teacher policy and regulation, artificial intelligence in education, and teachers’ role in quality foundational learning.
These conversations aim to strengthen collaboration, share global perspectives and advance effective teacher regulation and professional excellence across education systems.

SACE Western Cape yesterday conducted a capacity building workshop focused on the code of professional ethics session held at Rosendaal High School. The session was joined by Vergoedg Primary School,Delft Primary School and De Hague Primary school.
