The Business School of South Africa acknowledges that many South African citizens did not have the opportunity nor the means to obtain a qualification in the past. Surely, your experience and skills learned in the workplace through the years must count for something, right?

Yes, it can! Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the process through which on-the-job knowledge and skills acquired by a person over a period of time are identified, mediated and assessed for certification.

Limited bursaries are now available for RPL Assessment toward:

1. The Certificate in Business Administration & Management, NQF Level 4
2. The Certificate in General Management & Leadership, NQF Level 5

If you or someone you know meets the following criteria, please apply online:

- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Be willing and able to participate in assessment and/or coaching activities;
- More than 5-years experience in an admin capacity (for NQF Level 4 entry);
- Plus more than 3-years in a management capacity (for NQF Level 5 entry)
