Leardership | Micromanagement 🎯
It is very easy to submit to leadership that has:
1) A vision
2) Is people oriented
3) Integrity and
4) Has the drive and the necessary intensity to influence productivity (Passion).
Such leadership understands that Micromanagement is not an outright bad management style, rather it is a periodic control system that is applied when necessary in order to address and resolve identified points of concern in an organization to necessitate the desired alignment to KPIs.
Otherwise, employees that understand the vision of the organization, abide by the values and principles of the organization and are well aligned with the stipulated KPIs need not to be micromanaged but instead, to be given a platform to apply their creativity towards finding solutions and ultimately contributing towards the growth of the organization. This leads to Job Fulfillment for employees and it is healthy for the organization.
