AHC Nursing College has noted that there are individuals or organisations that are collecting monies on our behalf to pay for international verifications of qualifications for previous nursing education programmes completed at the College. We would like to inform the public and our past students that the College has not appointed any third party to collect monies on our behalf. Past students of the College are advised to please contact the College directly at the contact details provided below if they need to have their qualifications verified. You will be provided with the relevant application form and the correct banking details for payment. If you become aware of any third party collecting monies on our behalf, please contact us immediately.

WHO IS AFRICA HEALTH CARE ?

Africa Health Care (AHC) is a healthcare operator specialising in hospital management and related healthcare services. Our goal is to ensure that affordable quality healthcare services are made available to all. AHC is a majority Black and Women-owned company established in 2014 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of RH Bophelo Limited.

AHC Fochville Private Hospital in Fochville, Gauteng

Royal Buffalo Specialist Hospital in East London, Eastern Cape.
RH Matjhabeng Private Hospital in Welkom, Free State.
Raslouw Private Hospital in Centurion, Gauteng.
RH Bell Clinic in Krugersdorp, Gauteng.
Eden Gardens Private Hospital in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Healing Hills Hospital in Inchanga Hills, KwaZulu-Natal.
Lesego Private Hospital in Mogwase, North West.
Medicare Private Hospital in Rustenburg, North West.
RH Vryburg Private Hospital in Vryburg, North West.

2024 will see the opening of Herolim Private Hospital in Mthatha, Eastern Cape, Umtshezi Private Hospital in Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal and Nkomazi Private Hospital in Malelane, Mpumalanga.

AHC is also managing the Rand Mutual Assurance Care Facility (RMA) in Welkom, Free State. Operational since March 2016, the RMA Care Facility operates 120 beds as a custodial and care centre for pensioners and beneficiaries with occupational injuries.

Staff from AHC Nursing College and The Fountain Private Hospital spent their 67 minutes for making and gifting hot dogs 🌭and goodies🎁 to over 260 children at Rotara School 🏫, a local community school that supports children with special needs in Carletonville. Staff and children were so happy to receive us at the school and to show us how beautiful and homely they are making the school.

Our staff dedicated their time to engaging with the children, spreading joy, and creating lasting memories. Nelson Mandela Day was a heartwarming and fulfilling experience for everyone involved.

AHC Nursing College was invited to take part in a Nurses Day of Prayer event at Carletonville District Hospital for International Nurses Day with the theme “Our Nurses, Our Future.” The hospital hosted a career expo where members of the community and scholars were invited to attend and learn more about nursing as a profession. Each ward or unit was represented by a colour which made for a beautiful display of nursing talent and speciality. Nurses, nurse leaders and other healthcare professionals from various areas of the healthcare sector including private healthcare providers like The Fountain Private Hospital and Fochville Private Hospital, senior officials from the Gauteng Health Department and representatives from DENOSA Gauteng, the Retired Nurses Forum and various Medical and Pharmaceutical companies like Platinum Medical & Surgical and and other Healthcare training providers like Ukwazi School of Nursing came together to celebrate and honour Nurses.
Thank you to Sr. Khumoetsile Sepotokele and the entire team from Carletonville District Hospital for inviting us and for organising an amazing and informative event. 🏥🩺
