Dear Parents/Guardians.

Please take note that as of Monday the 1st of September 2025
All learners MUST wear Summer uniform.

It is essential that you ensure that your child refrains from wearing a beanie, scarf or gloves. Beanies are prohibited on the school premises, as of tomorrow.

An intense uniform check will be conducted during the week. Please ensure that your child's hairstyles and hair accessories are appropriate as per the schools code of conduct.

Learners that continue wearing their beanies, will get their beanie confiscated.

We are excited to announce that Westfields Primary School will be hosting a Cultural Evening on Thursday, 4th September 2025! This event promises to be an unforgettable experience, showcasing the diverse talents of our learners.

Event Details:

- Date: Thursday, 4th September 2025
- Time: 18:00 - 19:30 (approximately)
- Participant Arrival Time: 17:00 (Please ensure you arrive on time to get settled before the event starts)

Ticket Information:

- Availability: Tickets can be purchased at the school office
- Price: R50 per ticket
- Important: Tickets must be bought beforehand, as none will be available on the evening of the show. Due to limited seating, we encourage you to purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Other Details:

- Tuckshop: Will be available on the evening, offering a variety of snacks and refreshments.
- Attire: Please come dressed in your cultural attire for the event.
