In 2016, being the International Relations Officer on a Global Platform, with partners from all around the Globe. From East, West Africa, South to Southern Africa, I had the privilege of listening to and getting to know a very Brilliant Speaker. Like so many others, my life was touched through the profoundness of his Brilliance.

Realizing, that South Africans, including our Youth, Entrepreneurs and people of all walks of life, needed to hear him speak and feast off of his vast knowledge, experience and capabilities. I took the initiative by inviting this very Brilliant Speaker to South Africa.

By doing so, I planted a seed with the intention of growing it, and paying it forward in order to have many others benefit from it. Touching lives and empowering people.

I’d like to share with you, one of the successes that benefited and stemmed from one of our TSNI & SSETI Training Sessions.
Sam, who is a Trainer of profession herself, was invited by a mutual friend to attend a TSNI & SSETI Training Session in 2017. Like the rest of the attendees, she was blown away by the profoundness of this Brilliant Speaker.
He became a Mentor to Sam and many others. Through his motivation and inspiration Sam was encouraged to take a leap of faith and went full time with her own Training & Learning Centre and later went on to having her own slot called, “Monday Motivation” on a local Radio Station.
The attached pictures were part of the day where Sam interviewed Ogochukwu Nweke, her new found Mentor on her radio slot. The topic was, “Planting Seeds”. Even the Radio Presenter & Host was blown away, and said she hoped that it would not be the last interview they will have with Mr. Nweke.

From behind the camera, in our Training Sessions, I enjoy watching the looks on the faces as they hang onto the lips of Mr. Nweke, drinking in every word as he speaks. When he speaks, he draws you in and gets your undivided attention making that impact and driving his topic home..
