Today, we pause to honour the fearless young voices of 1976, the generation that stood up, spoke out, and changed the course of our nationβs history.
Their courage was more than a moment; it became a movement. A reminder that the power of youth has always been one of the greatest forces for change.
At TSIBA, we carry that torch forward through education, leadership, and opportunity, because every classroom, every dream pursued, and every barrier broken is part of the legacy they fought for.
As we celebrate Youth Day, we remember that the freedom to learn, to lead, and to shape a better tomorrow was paid for by the bravery of those who came before us.
May todayβs generation continue to rise with purpose, challenge the impossible, and build a future worthy of their sacrifice.
The torch is now in our hands. π₯

Recently at TSIBA, we had the privilege of hosting a truly special farewell ceremony for our AUDENCIA students as part of this yearβs U - L.E.A.P programme, a moment filled with warmth, reflection, and gratitude.
What a journey it has been.
From the very first introductions to the final goodbyes, we witnessed growth in our TSIBA buddies and our visiting students from Audencia, growth not only in knowledge, but in confidence, curiosity, and connection. Along the way, friendships were formed that crossed borders, cultures, and classrooms. Adventures were shared, new places explored, and countless moments of laughter reminded us of the beauty of human connection.
As we say goodbye, we donβt just part ways, we carry with us lifelong memories, valuable lessons, new skills, and powerful insights that will remain etched in our hearts.
A heartfelt thank you to the AUDENCIA students for sharing your magic with us, your openness, your energy, and your spirit. Youβve left a mark on TSIBA that will not fade.
And to every individual at TSIBA who made this experience possible, thank you for your dedication, your care, and for creating a space where global connection becomes reality.
Until we meet again, you will always be part of the TSIBA story. π

Alumni Week at TSIBA Business School brought our community together to reconnect, realign, and reflect on shared purpose and values.
The week was proudly coordinated by TSIBA alum Clayton Jardine in partnership with the TSIBA Career and Alumni Office, reflecting the strength of a community that continues to lead, give back, and actively shape its own ecosystem.
A highlight was an online alumni session where graduates engaged in breakout conversations guided by questions such as: What is your purpose? What is your intention statement? What values guide you today? These reflections reinforced a core part of the TSIBA experience, purpose-driven leadership that continues long after graduation.
We also gathered for a group hike, creating space for informal conversation, reflection, and community building in nature. In parallel, a wellness hike and mindfulness experience, initiated by TSIBA alum Denver Van der Bergh, took place, blending mountain exploration with grounding practices. The experience, facilitated alongside Candice from Chasing Nature and Kim from Lifted Grey, combined guided hiking through breathtaking landscapes with mindful yoga and meditation practices, supporting participants in reconnecting with nature, self, and community.
Alumni Week reminded us that while our journeys may differ, we remain deeply connected through shared values, intention, and purpose.
