In the early hours of today, students of the University of Cape Town took it to the streets to block entrances into the university as we remain firm in our stance - that for as long as some students are financially excluded, the University can’t go on as normal.

Wednesday, fighters gathered at the University main offices, by Bremner Building to demonstrate their anger towards Financial Exclusion.

Today, fighters took some of their time and spent it assisting students with luggages at the Cape Town Bus Station.
With our minimal assistance to students - We still believe there is still much work to be done.

Last night, ground forces of the 26 July movement had an intensive directive meeting, discussing our way forward until all eligible students are registered.

Yesterday, at the Parents orientation, student leaders representing different cohorts of student led a peaceful demonstration to voice out the issues students are currently faced with.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Mosa Moshabela came down to read our posters. We hope he has received the message.
& our message is clear, Sizofunda Ngenkani.
