Strongest Story Helping women get unstuck. Living your Strongest Story presents a remarkable concept that will motivate you to live a focused & significant story.

We provide women with the tools they need to actually change their life path; by discovering what makes them tick, and how to turn that into a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. As you intentionally write a stronger story with your life, you’ll realize your full potential and find a deep sense of fulfilment. Deborah Kirsten and Jacqui Mol team up as a dynamic blend of their varied expertise and similar experience, to take you through this practical process of creating clarity and direction for your life. They will share many of their personal experiences in this charismatic presentation and create the space for you to explore your own experiences in a vibrant journal. Designed as an interactive and reflective short course, it will stimulate you to more clearly define:
• Your life chapter and how to embrace the limitations or possibilities.
• Your purpose and what you are most passionate about.
• Your different life roles and how to simplify and maximize them.
• Your strengths and how to use them more effectively. As you own your story and find the courage to be more intentional, you will start to make a meaningful contribution to the stories of those around you and end up Living your Strongest Story!

To the Grade 11 Bishops Gents, Bishops Diocesan College

Thank you for the way you engaged with us at your Leadership Camp - for your openness, your energy and your personal commitment to understanding and playing to your strengths.

And, most importantly, thank you for being good young men.

Tomorrow you begin your leadership year.

Every one of you has a portfolio, a place to contribute and an opportunity to lead - not by trying to lead like somebody else, but by leading from your own strengths.

There is not only one line.

Some of you will lead from the front. Some alongside. Some will see possibilities others miss. Some will bring people together. Some will challenge, organise, encourage, think, act or notice the person who needs noticing.

Different strengths. Different paths. One common purpose.

May each of you find your line and follow it well.

Know your story.Play to your strengths.Read the game.Make it count.

Because leading ourselves well is where exceptional leadership begins.

Often it feels like winter will last forever, but perhaps that’s the beautiful life-lesson that nature quietly teaches us:

𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫.

Even yours and mine.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫:
“𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬.”

The difficult season will shift, the cold will soften and the light will return.

And somehow, quietly and faithfully, the sun always comes out again. ☀️

Oh! Glorious Spring. 🍃

A reminder that new beginnings don’t always arrive with a bang. Sometimes they simply show up… one warmer morning, one green shoot and one tiny sign of hope at a time.

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧. ☀️🌿

Michele:
Don’t wait until you feel ready. And don’t let fear convince you that you aren’t capable.
There was a time when I was happy. Life was comfortable, familiar & safe. Nothing was particularly difficult, but nothing was really stretching me either. Looking back now, I realise I was living in a comfortable nest. I just didn’t know it.
Sometimes we all need a jolt. Like a mother, bird gently but firmly, nudging her chick out of the nest, life has a way of pushing us towards something bigger than we ever imagined for ourselves.
For me, that push came in the form of becoming a tour guide.
The dream was there, but so was the fear.
I remember walking through the city one day behind another guide as he effortlessly shared the history of Cape Town. His knowledge seemed endless. As I listened, one thought kept repeating in my mind: “I could never do that.”
Fear has an incredible ability to convince us that we aren’t enough.
But I would say to another woman dreaming of taking that first brave step: take it anyway. You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to have every answer. You just need to be willing to begin.
And surround yourself with people who believe in you - sometimes they can see your potential long before you can see it yourself.

Today, as we celebrate 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we also remember the women who came before us.
On 9 August 1956, around 20,000 women marched to the Union Buildings in Pretoria, standing together against the apartheid pass laws.
Women of different races, backgrounds and generations made a really 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘 and united in an extraordinary act of courage leaving a legacy of strength, resilience and collective action that still inspires us today.

But perhaps their story can also remind us of something really important:

Bravery doesn’t always look like a march.
𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼.
𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀.𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽, 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

And at other times a brave move is about beginning.
𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮, 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.
𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵.
𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘁.

You don’t need to know exactly where it will lead.
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽.
𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬.
𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬.

So this Women’s Day, let’s honour the women who marched before us by continuing to make brave moves of our own - big or small, loud or quiet, seen or unseen.

Happy Women’s Day 2026
