๐Ÿฆ–๐Ÿฆ• GR RR Class โ€“ A Journey Back in Time! ๐Ÿฆ•๐Ÿฆ–

Being bored, we decided to build a time machine! โฐโœจ We wanted to travel into the future, but instead, we somehow ended up travelling back in time! ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿฅบ

And where did we land? The prehistoric times! ๐Ÿฆ–๐Ÿฆ•๐ŸŒ‹

We were ever so glad we did, because we got to see all kinds of dinosaursโ€”big and small! ๐Ÿฆ•๐Ÿฆ– We had an amazing time exploring the land before time and learning all about these fascinating creatures.

Back home, we put our talents down on paper ๐ŸŽจ and created all sorts of wonderful artworks. We even made our very own fossils! ๐Ÿฆด We blew up balloons, made little figurines, and watched them dance in the wind. ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿ’ƒ

After all that hard work, we headed to the garden to play. ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒผ But to our surpriseโ€ฆ T-Rex came back with us! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿฆ– What a scary moment that was! Luckily, we knew exactly what to doโ€”we sang our special Dino Song ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿฆ– and, just like that, T-Rex went marching back into the past! Phew! ๐Ÿ˜…

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿš’๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿš€ What Do You Want To Be?

๐Ÿฆ–๐Ÿฆ• Baby Class โ€“ Dinosaur Week! ๐Ÿฆ•๐Ÿฆ–

This week was all about dinosaurs, and we enjoyed a week filled with sensory fun! ๐Ÿฆ•๐Ÿฆ–

๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿซ˜ We found some bottle caps in the dinosaurs' food and had to retrieve them to be able to save the dinosaurs.

๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿชบ We came across some dinosaur eggs. We used the eggs to exercise and learned to build trust and improve our core and balance. It was so much fun until......

๐Ÿฆ• We found a baby dinosaur! He was all alone, so we made a new friend named Dino. We taught Dino how to walk, roar, and act like a dinosaur. This gross motor activity helped improve balance, self-awareness, and fantasy play.

๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿฆถ After all the excitement, the babies enjoyed a relaxing massage. This assists the babies to feel safe and loved, improves blood flow, and relaxes muscle tension.

๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ‘€ While exploring, the little ones found some fossils. They used the pieces and made them into a puzzle. This activity helps with hand-eye coordination and assists with recognising shapes and colours.

What a fun-filled dinosaur adventure we had! ๐Ÿฆ–๐Ÿฆ•

๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŒฟ Baby Class โ€“ Wild Animals Adventure! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฆ

What an exciting week we've had learning all about Wild Animals! ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ› Our little explorers enjoyed a week filled with fun sensory experiences, movement, and imaginative play.

๐ŸŒฟ We walked through the wilderness, following ribbons that represented ferns. The little ones touched and explored the different textures while developing their hand-eye coordination through this fun sensory and gross motor activity.

๐Ÿฆ Along the way, we met two big lions! Our little adventurers climbed onto the lions' backs and had lots of fun pretending to tame them, helping to develop balance and big movement skills.

๐Ÿชถ We also came across some ostriches and enjoyed a relaxing feather therapy activity. The babies explored the soft feathers on their hands, faces, and bodies while enjoying this calm sensory experience.

๐Ÿ’ Next, we met some playful monkeys and had the opportunity to swing from "tree to tree," building trust and balance through movement and play.

๐ŸŽจ We finished our day by painting beautiful paw prints using sponges. The children loved exploring a different painting tool while creating their artwork.

๐Ÿš™ One of the highlights of the week was going on our very own Safari! Wearing sunglasses and scarves, we climbed into our old Jeep and set off on a make-believe adventure, enjoying the beautiful animals gathered at the watering hole. This imaginative activity encouraged balance, creativity, and lots of smiles.

What a wonderful week of learning, exploring, and pretending together! ๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ’ 1โ€“2 Class โ€“ Wild Animals ๐Ÿฆ’๐Ÿฆ

What a wild and exciting week we have had at Pepper Tree Kids! Our little explorers had so much fun learning about the wonderful world of wild animals through stories, songs, art, sensory play, and hands-on activities. ๐Ÿ’š

Throughout the week, we discovered a variety of wild animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, crocodiles, and hippos. We talked about where these animals live, the sounds they make, what they like to eat, and how each animal is unique. The children loved pretending to be different animals, roaring like lions, swinging like monkeys, and stomping like elephants during our movement activities. ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿต

Our creative activities gave everyone the opportunity to make colourful animal-themed artwork while strengthening their fine motor skills and encouraging imagination. We also enjoyed sensory play and games that helped the children develop their language, social, and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way. ๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŒฟ

It has been wonderful to watch each child grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence throughout the week. Their excitement and eagerness to learn made every day an adventure! โœจ
