🌸 Celebrating the Power of Girls in Finance

On 22 October, a few of our Belgravia High girls swapped the classroom for the boardroom — spending the day at Argon Asset Management for the CFA Day of the Girl.

The experience was nothing short of inspiring! From meeting women who are breaking barriers in finance, to learning how the industry is opening doors for young women, our girls walked away motivated, confident, and ready to dream bigger.

A special thank you to for hosting our learners and for their ongoing commitment to empowering young women.

📢 NOTICE: Grade 12 Valedictory Ceremony — Thursday, 16 October 2025

Dear Parents and Learners,

Please take note of the following important details regarding Thursday’s Valedictory Ceremony:

🎓 For Grade 8–11 Learners:
Due to the Valedictory Ceremony, learners in Grades 8–11 will be dismissed at 14:00.
Please make the necessary transport arrangements for their safety and convenience.

🎓 For Grade 12 Learners (Matric Class of 2025):

Learners must collect their personal invitations and entry stubs from their class teachers tomorrow (Wednesday) between 14:00 and 15:00 in the school hall.

Those who purchased the photo package may take their photos on Thursday between 14:30 and 16:00 (first come, first served).

All parents and guests must be seated by 17:40, as the formal ceremony begins promptly at 18:00.

The ceremony will conclude between 19:30 and 20:00.

Belgravia High School, in partnership with MCDT, will be hosting a one-day workshop to assist learners and youth with completing their University/College NSFAS applications.

Who can attend?

Current Grade 12 learners

Unemployed youth aged 18 and older (must have passed at least Grade 9)

Parent’s payslip or SARS ITA34 Assessment

Proof of address (with applicant’s name & surname)
