Hi, I’m Gen 👋

Founder of The Chief Stew Club and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to step into your first Chief Stew role thinking,

“Wait... I actually have to run this whole interior now?”

I landed my first Chief job at 23. I was SO EXCITED and then very quickly became overwhelmed.

I had no idea how much would suddenly fall on me:
The team. The table settings. The provisioning. The service flow. The mood. The admin. The everything.

And to be honest? It was a lot.

That’s why I built The Chief Stew Club so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

This is a space for stews who are ready to lead with structure, support, and calm confidence.

Inside my mentorship and course, I share everything I wish I had:

🛥 1:1 guidance
📋 Real templates, checklists & systems
📓 A fully customisable Chief Stew Toolkit (rotas, guest flows, table moodboards, uniform tracking + so much more — all in one place)

If you’re stepping into a leadership role and want to feel 100% ready (not just “kind of winging it”) then you’re in the right place.

Let’s get you set up properly. You’ve got this 🤍
