✨Our Brackenfell family clients are seeking an academically strong au pair to assist their family of 2 girls of 11yrs and 16yrs. The 16yr old mainly needs assistance for about an hour a week. Whilst your time will be spent mainly with the 11yr old and her school and academic needs

✨They seek an au pair who academically inclined, able to work with tweens and teens, has got good study methods, is calm and focused

🕒 TIMES: Mondays to Fridays from 3pm to 6pm. Also during exam times to assist for a few hours over the weekend for extra pay

✨JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The 16yr old who is in Gr10 does not make use of the Au Pair anymore - just here and there for about an hour per week. She has scholar transport home.
• The 11yr old is in Gr6 and she gets a lift home, so the au pair goes directly to the family home at 3pm.
• The au pair will do homework with the 11yr old every day.
• EXAM/ TEST TIMES - The au pair together with the 11yr old will prepare study/ exam schedules. and do summaries and mock tests when needed.
• Also prior to exams the Gr10 teen will ask the au pair to assist with her study schedule and also to assist her to source mock papers and summaries. (they belong to websites for this).
• The au pair will come in on exam weekends for an hour or two to assist the 11yr old.
• There is an occasional drop off at hockey & bring home.
• Generally, the au pair will do some odd running around and covering books etc.
• At the end of the day ensure that the 11yr old and 16yr old organises their bags and things for the next day of school and extra murals

💰 MONTHLY SALARY: R9700 To R10,000 plus petrol .60 km when using your car for the family.

✨Our Oranjezicht family clients are seeking a teacher /tutor for their daughter of 17yrs in grade 11 doing an endorsed matric via an on-line platform with Math Lit, English, LO, Tourism and Hospitality as her subjects.

✨All content and CAPS-like syllabus is provided but she needs a teacher/tutor to work with/ educate her on her various subjects. Very important that the teacher/ tutor has the knowledge and capability to manage the education platform they use and ensure that all is organized, on time and uploaded as is meant to be.

✨Our Waterfront amily clients are seeking a teacher-type au pair wo has a passion for educating young minds!
Their 2 children are a girl of 3yrs and a boy of 2 yrs

✨They seek an au pair who has an education background or a passion for engaging children in play that educates and stimulates their fine and gross motor skills

🕒 TIMES: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 2pm to 5pm.

✨JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Arrive at the family apartment in the Waterfront with a plot and plan for the next 3 hours of engagement , fun ad laughter.
• Check with the school they go to as to the themes they are currently working with and expand their learning with arts and crafts, reading books, dancing and singing
• Give them breaks in between their activities that are age appropriate.
• Feed them some snacks and get on with the rest of the day’s plan.
• Have a space on the wall that Mom and dad can see what their children have engaged with today. Etc
• Leave at 5 pm when one of the parents and /or nanny takes over.

📅 START DATE: June / July 2026

💰 MONTHLY SALARY: R8000 to R10,000 for the right experience, and education plus petrol .50 km when using your car for the family.

✨ Our Noordhoek family clients are seeking a Special-Needs Facilitator/ Au Pair to assist their daughter of 19yrs. Her school is in Plumstead.

✨ Some Info About The 19-Year-Old (12yrs or less in real engagement) :

• She was born with downs syndrome with characteristics on the autism spectrum. She also has diabetes and has a special device that reads her levels constantly.
• There is developmental delay yet she is smart in her own way. She is more like a petite 12yr old in size and manner.
• Her special needs are such that she is classified as non-verbal yet through therapies can be quite verbal.
• She often appears to be doing her own thing yet she is keenly aware of what is going on in her environment. She is quite smart in her own way!
• Yet she needs help with quite a bit with varying behaviours and curiosities.
• Some days are smooth sailing whilst on another day she will be frustrated, reactive to expectations of her, have meltdowns etc
• She also likes to sing, hum or make constant notices and like rocking type movements.
• She is gentle in nature with a sense of humour , and has loads of things going on in her head.
• She needs constant watching with attentive attention as she can run off with various reactions depending on the environment. 😊
• She is able to learn new things if you provide her with a calm reassuring environment.
• Sometimes if she finds something funny, you have to keep your eye on her as she can in a flash create chaos!! 😊

✨They seek a Facilitator / Au Pair who:
• is dedicated to this kind of work with children.
• Is experienced in a special needs classroom as a facilitator
• is very alert, active, detail-orientated, warm, loving and dedicated to make a difference for this special person.
• Has the mental and emotional capacity to support and grow this lovely young lady.

🕒 TIMES: Mondays to Fridays from 7.30am to 3.30pm. Her school starts at 8.30am and finishes at 1.30pm daily.

✨JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Arrive at 7.30am to help get her ready, fed and take to school.
• Its important to really connect with her for the day.
• The school she will go to is lovely with small classes and a number of facilitators work with the class teacher.
• At school, focus on teaching her socialisation with others with parallel play etc
• Whilst her progress is slow there are constant changes to the positive.
• She needs to be fed little amounts at a time as she chokes easily
• At 1.30pm take her home and do some chill things with her , or go to some therapies etc
• Get her bag and things organised for the next day of school and go off home.

📅 START DATE: 1 July 2026

💰 MONTHLY SALARY: R20,000 to R22,000 plus petrol .50 km when using your car for the family.
