Inspiration

It is Christ who found us first, not the other way around. He has chosen us to propagate the gospel across the whole world – regardless of our social standing, our nationality, our race, our financial status, or anything else. God has called every single one of His children to spread the word of His love that was shown through his son, Jesus Christ.

Inspiration

Who in your life have you imitated in some way? Parents? Siblings? Teacher? Maybe even a fictional character? How many of us can say we have really tried to imitate Jesus? It seems so obvious but is so difficult in reality. Jesus gave His life so that we had the choice of how to live our lives: imitate Him or pursue selfish desires. This verse simply explains whom we should look at as an example. The rest is up to us.

As Christians, we are the ones who can be called born of God. We are children of God meaning that we have been begotten by Him; we are born of Him. This means that we have overcome the world! Victory is certain for us – in life and in death. No work of the enemy can ever prevail over our lives and we can have confidence about this because we know that we are born of God.

God is good and that will never change. It who He is. Time and time again we are reminded in the Bible, God's Word, that His mercy is everlasting It is because of God's mercy, we have the confidence in Him that we have. God's word will always reign supreme for an eternity to come. People will always try to say things to doubt the existence of God, or to doubt how genuine God's love is, but none of these words will ever be true. God's goodness, love, mercy and His truth will never die. They will go from everlasting to everlasting.

Being a Christian means that we have become one with Christ, and therefore one with the Father, too. Jesus Christ has pulled us out of our sinful state, and enjoined us to be holy and righteous – just like Him. God desired that we would be united through his Son, Jesus Christ, and that is what happened. We are more than just being God's creation; we are his children – and that will never change.

Inspiration

God is always with those who fear Him. This fear doesn't refer to being afraid, no. It refers to reverence. When we reverence God, and avail ourselves of His will, it means that we are allowing Him to work in our lives. That is how we become protected; that is how He can comfort us. He will always deliver His children from trouble, take courage in knowing that.

Having heard of the many others who were healed by Jesus of Nazareth, this woman with an issue of blood who had spent all her living on doctors and was none the better, had great faith in Jesus. She knew that but a touch of the hem of his garment, if it be a touch of faith, would instantly heal her. And she acted on this faith and found it well founded.

Inspiration

We should never see it necessary to chase money, material possessions or fame. Yes, we have needs that we do need to cover, monetarily, but this does not mean that we need to make money the root of our obsession. The things we should stay focused on are the love and mercy God has given us in our lives. It is from these we find hope, encouragement, and a will to carry on.

Without fear of Jehovah-God, there is not true wisdom. For when you see "LORD" in all capitals in the KJV, that is the translation of the Hebrew word for Jehovah. And there is not true understanding without a true knowledge of the Holy One undergirding it. If we are wrong about God, we are in all important respects, "wrong about everything. "

Inspiration

Correction is an important part of our growth as Christians. From the day we become saved, we have things in our lives that need to be worked on and improved. God is the one who helps us through this process, mostly by correcting us of our erroneous ways. God takes delight in those who take correction because it shows that they are willing to follow His guidance in their lives. A major part of loving God is being obedient; taking correction is a part of that obedience.
