My name is Rebecca, I am a certificated ICF Transformation Life Coach, who is trained in bodywork therapy, breath work, mentorship’s, energy healing and nutrition. I bring these moralities together to create a unique container offering a fresh perspective to life and living.

I am passionate about people, and helping them to find their way to truth. I work from my heart. My mission is to ensure my clients feel seen, heard and met so they can move into their centre where the answers they seek, await :) Inviting them to engage with their own new perspectives and practice new ways of being - gained through working with tools to help manage stress.

I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and successful entrepreneur. I know first hand what it takes to maintain balance and reduce stress with the demands of our adult lives.

What is Intuitive coaching ?
Through intuitive life coaching, my aim is to unlock the clients own ability to access their own intuition to help hear and engage in their hearts deep desires to move into a life that is aligned and filled with light.

A beautiful cacao ceremony this evening with at ! Opening the heart to gratitude for ritual, ceremony and community.
This Tuesday I start my journey through the rites of passage, to anchor in my gifts and be able to hold and facilitate my own offerings of ceremonies.. I call in my spirit guides to light the path forward ❤️🙏🏻❤️
