ScicafeCT is on hiatus for the foreseeable future.
It’s been a difficult decision for us as the organisers of scicafeCT - Saberi Marais, Kerry Gordon and JD de Villiers - because we’ve loved bringing interesting science stories to you every month and have always been so grateful for the immense support and enjoyment everyone who has attended scicafeCT has shown.
We are finding it difficult to fit running ScicafeCT into the growing demands of our work and personal lives. After much discussion, we’ve decided to take some time to regroup. We hope that in this time we can come up with model that will allow ScicafeCT to continue.
Again, we are so grateful for your support - ScicafeCT would not have had two amazingly successful years without you. As always we encourage your feedback and suggestions and welcome any comments on our decision.
