Developing flexibility from an early age helps improve posture, coordination, balance and range of movement. It also supports healthy muscle development and can help reduce the risk of injuries as children grow and progress in dance.
Most importantly, flexibility training encourages body awareness, confidence and graceful movement, helping little dancers express themselves freely while having fun.

Our preschoolers explored the wonderful world of Tangrams, using shapes to design, build and construct creative masterpieces. Activities like these strengthen problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, critical thinking and perseverance, all while making learning fun and engaging.

Big emotions took centre stage as our Capriccio Foundation Phase learners explored confidence, creativity and self-expression through drama! 🎭✨

From happy and confident to nervous, shy and sad, our young stars practised depicting different emotions using facial expressions, body language and movement.
