Yes, most parents prefer English medium...
But many can’t afford it.
THAT’S WHERE WE COME IN.
Give them quality. Give them care. Give them growth.

Used by staff. Used by parents. Used by other colleagues.

It’s heavy. I know.

But please... don’t stop pouring that love. Especially into the kids in your care.

They see it.
They feel it.
And they will never, ever forget it.

CLEAR COMMUNICATION.

Between Parents ↔ Principal ↔ School Staff

When we communicate clearly:
✅ Parents are not confused
✅ Teachers are not stressed
✅ Children get consistent care
✅ Problems get solved BEFORE they become big

When we DON’T communicate clearly:
❌ Rumors start
❌ Parents feel ignored
❌ Staff feel blamed
❌ Learners suffer

3 Rules I live by at Siyanda Educare:
1. Over-communicate- If you think they know, tell them again
2. Be honest, be early- Bad news doesn’t get better with time
3. Listen to understand- Not just to reply
