Barre can be deceptive! This is a sneak peak into today's seat sequence at the barre. 6 minutes on each leg and we were all in shake city!!! 💦 The amazing thing about barre is that by using more controlled movements with higher reps we are able to reach fatigue fast, meaning we build muscle, increase bone density all while taking care of our joints by remaining low impact! What's not to love :)
