🎨 2026 – Arts and Crafts

Creativity came alive in our Arts and Crafts session as the children explored colour, shape, and imagination through hands-on projects. From painted creations to cheerful paper characters, each artwork reflected the children’s individuality, confidence, and growing fine-motor skills.

These activities encourage problem-solving, self-expression, and pride in personal achievement — all while having fun and learning through play. Seeing their smiles and excitement as they proudly displayed their creations reminds us how powerful creative learning can be.

Hierdie kreatiewe plakkaat wys hoe leerders hul Afrikaans in ’n praktiese en prettige manier kan gebruik.
Die fokus is op duidelike uitleg, leesbare teks en sterk visuele elemente wat aandag trek.

Die advertensie wys ’n bekende handelsmerk en sluit belangrike inligting in soos die ligging, oop tye en spesiale aanbiedinge — net soos in ’n regte advertensie.

Dit is ’n goeie voorbeeld van hoe taal en ontwerp saamwerk om ’n boodskap effektief oor te dra. 🌟

📚✏️ Trots op die harde werk en kreatiwiteit!

This poster was designed by a Grade 9 student as part of an English assignment. The task focused on creating a visual advertisement that communicates a message clearly while using creative design elements to attract attention.

The poster uses bright colours and playful illustrations of children reading, which creates a positive and engaging atmosphere. The slogan, “Activate the Switch. Experience the Surge!”, stands out and helps communicate the main idea of the advertisement. The product images are placed across the centre, making them easy to see, while the price, R10 each, is bold and clearly visible so viewers immediately understand the offer.

The layout is well organised and balanced, helping the eye move naturally across the poster. The combination of images, text, and colour shows creativity and an understanding of how advertising works. Overall, the poster demonstrates strong effort, imagination, and clear communication for a Grade 9 English project.
