They may be brilliant at keeping themselves clean, but regular grooming still plays an important role in their health.

A good brush helps remove loose fur, reduces hairballs and prevents painful mats — especially in long-haired cats. It’s also a great opportunity to check their skin for lumps, bumps, ticks, fleas or anything unusual.

Plus, some cats absolutely LOVE the attention. Others will file a formal complaint. 😼😂

A little regular grooming goes a long way. 🐾
