Spring starts today in Cape Town.

Thirteen weeks from now it is December. Pools, beaches, holiday houses, cousins in the water, and a lot of adults trying to watch everyone at once.

Water confidence takes time to build. Starting in Term 4 means December is not the first time your child has been in the water this year.

Our pool is indoors and heated to 34 degrees, so lessons carry on whatever the weather is doing.

Term 4 starts 28 September. Enquire now to secure a place, WhatsApp 079 591 4471.

🌊 Swim Tip Thursday 🌊

🦵Strong kicks start from the hips!

One of the biggest mistakes swimmers make is kicking only from their knees. Instead, powerful kicks begin at the hips, with the whole leg working together to create small, fast, controlled movements.

🐬 Why does this matter?

✅ Better propulsion through the water
✅ Less energy wasted
✅ Improved body position and balance
✅ More efficient swimming in every stroke

Think of your legs like a dolphin's tail. Smooth, relaxed movements with pointed toes and quick, gentle kicks. 🌊

At Swimmable, we help swimmers build strong foundations that lead to confident, efficient swimming.

💙 Small kicks, Big results. Come and experience the difference:
