When I started out in the Online Business world, I was completely on my own. I had to wear all the hats in the company and had to handle all my client tasks as well as my own. Obviously, I loved being in control, because hey, this was my baby and I was making it happen. I loved being in full control of my mom-boss hustle.

But as time went on and my business grew – at an astonishing rate I might add – I quickly started to feel the myself burning out. I wanted to grow my business and profits but retain my physical, spiritual and mental well - being. I decided that the best way forward was to put together a team of like-minded individuals who could share my vision and see my end – game.
