In a world that runs on IT… doesn’t it make sense to study IT?

Almost every industry now depends on technology—from banking, healthcare and education to retail, engineering, entertainment and security.

And the opportunities in South Africa are enormous:

South Africa has an estimated 318,000 ICT jobs.
An estimated 118,000 ICT positions remain vacant.
Nearly 41,500 of those vacancies are junior-level opportunities.

Early-career ICT professionals can earn approximately R25,000 per month, depending on their skills, role and experience.

Software developers, web developers and IT support technicians are among the country’s most in-demand technology professionals.

South Africa recorded more than 83 million smartphone subscriptions and over 72 million LTE devices in 2025 showing just how deeply technology has become part of everyday life.

The future will belong to those who understand technology not only those who use it.

At MasterGrade IT, we provide practical, career-focused training designed to help you develop the skills employers are looking for.

Don’t simply prepare for your next job. Prepare for the future.
