SW Athletics Coaching academy

An Athletics & Netball Coaching Academy based in the beautiful Southern Suburbs of Cape town, catering for all ages.

18/09/2026

We will be starting our new Netball program.

Mini Nets to Final sets.

With schools only having 1 practice day a week for an hour, our kids are not getting sufficient court time to enhance their skills. We will be having training sessions, focusing on the 7,8 and 9 year old future netball stars. If you would like more information, please send us a message and we will get back to you.

Invest in our champs of tomorrow.
