💖Swipe through some moments from Autumn - it’s been delicious! This is one of our favourite times of year, filled with wild mushrooms and wild herbs high in essential oils, all sorts of edible surprises starting to grow in the gardens and wild. North winds clearing up the visibility in the kelp forests in False Bay. Lots of beautiful workshops and events celebrating the cooler cozy season.

❤️🔥🌿🫶🏼Autumn is here and the land is alive with flavour 💫✨Celebrating wild and local ingredients with a special group yesterday, we chatted all things food, foraging and nature connection, gathered wild herbs and edible flowers, cooked over fire with botanical drinks made with rainbow cordials and fynbos tinctures. The sun came out just in time for a mountainside walk and meditative tea tasting, and of course ~ a delicious lunch meal shared in the Glasshouse 💕✨Thank you for a beautiful day immersed in nature!
