🌸 What Calm Taught Me About Courage
There’s a certain kind of strength that doesn’t roar.
It arrives quietly — in moments when the sea is still, the wind gentle, and your mind uncluttered.
Living aboard our yacht taught me that calm isn’t the absence of storms — it’s learning to trust yourself *within* them. Some of the hardest choices in my life weren’t made in moments of noise or urgency, but in stillness — when I finally allowed myself to pause, breathe, and listen.
Calm has a way of revealing truth. It strips away the drama and the doubt, showing you what really matters. And in that space, courage begins to grow — not as a grand act, but as a quiet conviction to keep steering forward, one mindful decision at a time.
Today, calm is my compass. It’s where I find the courage to lead, love, and live with clarity — even when the waves rise.
