Job Description
We are looking for a 3 to 6 Assistant Directress from October 2026 or January 2027 at our Sunningdale Campus.

The Montessori Assistant Directress is a guide who helps to support his/her students’ progress academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment, which challenges each child to reach his/her full potential, in accordance with Montessori philosophy and procedures.

Only Applicants who are Montessori trained in 3 to 6 with a Montessori Qualification may apply.

The candidate must be able to support and lead a class in all aspects of the environment.

They must be able to communicate well with others. Good record keeping is a must
A valid pediatric first aid certificate and Montessori Qualifications are a requirement.

Applicants must be passionate, reliable and enthusiastic
