Sometimes, being an educator means giving so much of yourself that nobody sees the weight you carry behind the scenes. The long days, the tired evenings, the worries, the self-doubt, and the constant question of whether you’re doing enough.

I want you to know that I see you. ❤️

I know I can seem hard on you at times. I know I have high expectations and that I push you to be better, to do better, and to believe more deeply in yourselves. But there is a reason for that.

I am not trying to break you down — I am trying to build you up.

I want each of you to believe in who you are, in what you teach, and in the incredible influence you have on the little lives entrusted to us every single day.

What you do is not “just a job.”
It is not just changing nappies, preparing activities, wiping tears, teaching colours, cleaning up messes or keeping little bodies safe.

You are shaping little minds.
You are building confidence.
You are creating memories.
You are teaching kindness.
You are helping children discover who they are.
