We would like to congratulate Helena Stoltz and Jaye Trimmel on their achievements in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Helena and Jaye recently took part in the Sapphire Club Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition. Helena was awarded a silver medal for her Free Hand Routine and a bronze medal for her Ball Routine. Jaye was awarded a Certificate of Achievement Level 1 at the competition. Well done Helena and Jaye! We are very proud of your achievements!

We would like to congratulate Eva on a remarkable series of achievements!

Representing Fish Hoek Athletics Club, Eva competed at the Athletics South Africa and Western Province Athletics 5km Championship at Killarney Racetrack, where she smashed her 5km PB by 1 minute 30 seconds, clocking an outstanding 19:05. She finished as the first U12 girl and sixth overall junior, competing against athletes up to the age of 19.

Eva also won the U11–13 girls race at the Athletics South Africa and Western Province Cross Country event at Fairmont High School and, most recently, won the women’s race and finished second overall at the Running for Transformation 5km Fun Run at SACS in Newlands.
