Congratulations to Kaiden!

Kaiden participated in the Cape Town Gymnastics District Trials on Saturday, 1 August, competing in the Level 4 U10 category. She achieved an outstanding result, earning two silver medals and finishing 2nd overall.

With these results, Kaiden has qualified to compete at the Western Cape Championships in Saldanha later this month.

We wish her the very best as she prepares for this exciting opportunity.

We were incredibly fortunate to welcome retired astronaut Dorothy Metcalf-Lindenburger to our school today, where she inspired all of our Grade 1-7 learners with stories from her remarkable journey.

Dorothy shared three powerful lessons that we hope will stay with our learners for years to come:

Thank you, Dorothy, for reminding us that great adventures begin with curiosity, courage, and a willingness to step outside our comfort zones. What an unforgettable experience for our learners!

A huge thank you to one of our moms in Grade 1 for organising her cousin (a NASA employee) to chat to us this week. The Grade 1 learners got an opportunity to have a zoom call with her and came up with some amazing questions to ask her about space and her job. 🌷🚀

Congratulations to Isabella on her selection to represent Western Cape Gymnastics!

To top off this incredible achievement, she also brought home two gold medals! 🥇🥇
