Many tenants are staying on with us for 2020 and we have some returning tenants:

Ms L doing accountancy finals, Mr MP doing environmental studies at CPUT; Ms V who did a post grad qualification at UCT while staying with us, now working in HR.

Some of the new tenants:
Ms T studying at Red & Yellow Creative School of Business
Ms V doing the 3 year professional chef course at Capsicum Culinary Studio
Mr K will be doing architectural studies at AIE in Salt River;
Mr MM studying graphic design at CPUT;
Mr X is a chef at Cape Town’s top restaurant The Test Kitchen;
Mr A is an engineer intern with Transnet.
