Since 2008, Certified Superyacht Academy has trained over 8000 crew and built a reputation as Cape Town’s leading superyacht crew training institution. Our Sea Point facility accommodates up to 60 students at once and sits just minutes from cafés, the promenade, beaches, and the V&A Waterfront.

🌊 Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Someone who enjoys guiding people, has first-hand yachting awareness & knowledge , and brings energy to the team daily.

The ideal candidate has:
✔️ At least one season of yachting experience
✔️ Matric certificate
✔️ Sales or customer-service experience
✔️ Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
✔️ Professional, well-presented demeanor
✔️ Strong organisational + time-management skills
✔️ Basic computer literacy
✔️ Own reliable transport

As a Student Consultant, you’ll:
• Guide prospective students through the training and onboarding process
• Provide career insights
• Manage leads, calls, walk-ins, and bookings
• Represent the Academy with professionalism and energy
• Work in a hybrid setup (office + at home)
