Today we’re highlighting Soundsory and the importance of supporting strong listening and auditory processing skills. 🎧✨

Auditory discrimination is the brain’s ability to hear the difference between sounds, such as pitch, volume, rhythm, and speech sounds. These skills play an important role in learning, communication, reading, classroom confidence, and following instructions.

At our school, we use Soundsory to help identify areas where learners may need extra support and to address these areas appropriately through targeted listening activities.

By strengthening auditory processing skills, we help our learners feel more confident, focused, and ready to learn. 💙
