We provide one on one lessons with a qualified teacher in heated pool for all ages at all levels. In these lessons we take children and adults who are able to float and are confident in the water. We teach and develop their technique and stroke to a level where they can swim each stroke effectively and competently. Squads
We offer squads with a qualified teacher and coach for chilldren and adults who strokes are developed. These squads are in groups of 3 or 4. Here we develop their stroke, technique and fitness. Pricing:

Squads start from R250.00 per child per month - for 2 x 45min coaching sessions per week
