Our 3-6 Phase had an exciting morning with visiting Animal Behaviourist, Melissa Ernst!

The students learnt all about caring for their dogs and cats, how to understand what their pets are communicating through body language, and even explored creative ideas for making simple, enriching toys at home.

It was a wonderfully interactive session filled with learning, curiosity and plenty of excitement, helping our little ones develop confidence, empathy and a deeper understanding of the animals they love.

Our 9-12 year olds have been putting their science knowledge into action with an exciting Imaginary Island Project!

Using what they had learned in science, our Stage 6 students carried out their own research to discover what makes an island and how different features of an island work together. They then used their creativity and knowledge to design and build their very own 3D island models.

The final step was presenting their creations to the class, where they shared their research, explained their models, and proudly showed what they had learned.

It was wonderful to see their curiosity, creativity, research skills and confidence shine through! What an amazing way to turn learning into something they could see, build and share.

Last week, our netball girls took to the court against Elkanah, putting in some fantastic performances and showing great determination, teamwork and sportsmanship. Our U8, U10 and U12 teams came away with great wins, while our U9 and U11 teams fought hard until the final whistle.

Here is how our teams performed:

U8: 6-0
U9: 3-7
U10: 7-1
U11: 2-11
U12: 8-1

A big well done to all our players for their effort, commitment and sportsmanship on the court.

We are incredibly proud of the way our girls continue to compete, learn and grow throughout the season.
