A great opportunity for the 1st Team girls Westerford High School to hear from Daniella Segall, currently playing NCAA Division II soccer Quincy University while continuing her studies in the United States.

Daniella shared some insight into her experience as a student-athlete from balancing academics and football, to adapting to a new environment and what life is like competing at the D2 level.

These conversations are so valuable for young players, giving them a real understanding of the pathways available beyond school football and what it takes to make the transition.

What an incredible evening at Rodeo Spur, Claremont!

Yesterday’s **Spur Shadow Shift** was a tremendous success. It was about far more than just raising funds it gave our girls a valuable opportunity to learn the importance of hard work, teamwork, responsibility, and earning opportunities through dedication.

A heartfelt **thank you** goes to our amazing parents for their outstanding support and for making the evening such a memorable success. Your commitment to our girls and the Football Programme is truly appreciated.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to **Spur Rodeo** for their warm hospitality and generous support, helping us build a wonderful partnership with the Sans Souci Girls’ High School community.

A special thank you to our Football School, Legends coaching staff for their passion, commitment, and countless hours invested in developing our players both on and off the field.

This Friday, our team departs for Knysna to compete in the Knysna Football Tournament from 7–10 August 2026. We wish our girls every success as they take on some of the strongest opposition in the tournament. We know they will represent Sans Souci Girls’ High School with pride, determination, and sportsmanship.

Finally, a special word of appreciation to Mr Jason Adams and Anees Abbas , whose vision, leadership, and dedication have been the driving force behind the continued growth and success of the Football Programme.

Good luck, girls! We are incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see what you achieve in Knysna.
