The focus is teaching every aspect of English through vocabulary. It makes sense.

To know how to pronounce words and how to use them correctly for different purposes: speaking, writing and studying is the whole point of learning the language.

SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

Would you and your department of English like to evaluate the 10 books, in PDF format?

If so, all you have to do is make the request on your school's letterhead and email that to: [email protected]

If after a full and careful evaluation the school wishes to use those 10 books, a payment of just R1000 in total will be required for a 2021-2022 one-year licence.

The school will also be able to ask me to refine, improve or enlarge any portion of the 10 books to make them fully fit for purpose.

Every learner that the school believes should have the books can then copy them to a USB flash drive and have access to all of the 10 books to carry on with self-directed learning.

Just R1000.00 per year for many classes to use is a very small amount to pay for 1030 pages of high quality material some of which will not be found in any other book.

The importance of having a very good command of English cannot be overestimated.

WHY SHOULD WE TEACH VOCABULARY?

Gender Pronouns | LGBTQ+ Resource Center 04/11/2021

THE PRONOUN PROBLEM

What if a speaker or writer wanted to refer to someone whose gender is not known?

Some writers use he/she or his/her to get past that difficulty.

For over 600 years, many grammarians have accepted "they" as a singular term that could be used in place of “he” or "she”.

The pressure is also increasing for new gender-neutral pronouns to be adopted from those who do not see themselves as being either male or female.

For now, we are left with "they" to refer to people whose gender we do not know or who refuse to be gendered one way or the other.

LANGUAGE IS SO IMPORTANT FOR SO MANY REASONS

We learn to read and or write so that we can communicate with people. The better we are able to do that, the wider the group of people that we can engage with.

How we communicate will determine what success we will enjoy.

The English we learn will influence our social practices and have a bearing on the relationships we foster. It will also reflect the knowledge we possess and how well we cope with listening, speaking, reading, writing, viewing and presenting.

Our intellectual, social, emotional and cultural growth is dependent on our language acquisition. Language is power and how language is used is very important in every family, community and society.

This is understandable.

Language has many purposes. It allows us to express our feelings and make known our opinions. In the education sphere we have to use formal language correctly and get to grips with technical language to get work done or understand how to operate machines and computers.

Language is also important for our enjoyment and appreciation. Literature exposes us to language that is creative, artistic and inviting.

Language has so many purposes. We use language to comprehend what we read, to obtain information, to develop interests, understand culture and to make real progress in life.

Language is so important for so many reasons. It is worth investing time, energy and a little money in language development.

English is an international language. The more proficient we are in English, the more opportunities will open to us in our own country and abroad as well.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR ENGLISH?

If your ambition is simply to pass an exam, you can get by with minimal effort.

On the other hand, if your ambition is to carve out a very successful career, you will have to acquire a big vocabulary, learn how to pronounce words correctly and, importantly, understand how the grammar works.

Dynamic English Books are meant to help people reach higher goals and bigger ambitions.

They are priced so low, however, that almost every one get afford to get the whole digital course for just R100.00.

Email: [email protected]

31/10/2021

Retired Judge Albie Sachs told me in 1993 that low price is a put off for people. It seems he was right.

When the price is very low, people assume that the product is so inferior that it is not worth looking at.

Some people are also likely to think that this is some kind of a scam. After all, who offers a really valuable book at R10.00 today?

Maybe I should price the books at R100.00 each? That might make them more attractive to more people.

These books that I am offering, at a ridiculously low price, are PDF books. They are not printed on paper. They have to be saved on a USB flash drive or a computer hard drive.

They are digital books. You can take all 10 books with you wherever you go and access them on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

You can print a page or pages as you need.

These books will help someone who is teaching English. They will also help parents who wish to assist their children to improve their English.

There is so much in these books to explore.

So, what is your suggestion? Should I increase the price of the books? Should I keep them at R10.00 each? Should I say buy one book at R100.00 and get the other nine free?

I am waiting to hear your suggestions.
