Shame is the underlying feeling for those gripped by the disease of addiction. Moving from shame to guilt is the first step to arresting this disease.

Admitting that there is a problem is realizing that those bad decisions are exactly that and that we don't have to live in shame any more. Shame dies on exposure and forgiving ourselves is about realizing that we are not bad and that we deserve to live life.

Love yourself and reach out for help and let's believe that there is more to life than using drugs and alcohol.

Hey beautiful people. I decided that I would start posting again after a long time due to extenuating circumstances.

I have finally finished my certification process and will be receiving my ACC certificate from ICF.

It has been a long process but success is finally here.

When I started this process I never thought I would be here in this moment.
