This serves to inform you that Home Affairs office across the country have extended operational hours, with 2 hours, from 8am till 5h30pm, starting from today, Monday the 27th June till Friday the 15th July 2022.

This is an opportunity for learners, 16 years and above, to visit the offices during these school holidays. Parents are reminded that kids must apply for smart-id-card when turning 16 years nor wait till the kid is 18 year and in matric. No fee nor photographs required as they'll be provided free of charge at the office. This temporary arrangement is for weekdays only. All services will continue to be provided during this period and beyond.

Dear Grade 9 parents
The WCED has arranged afternoon Mathematics classes for Grade 9. These sessions will be held at school on Wednesday afternoons from 27 October - 17 November. Time - 15.15 - 16.15
All Gr 9 learners are welcome (Group 1 and 2). Class groups who are at home on a Wednesday must please arrive after school hours.
Dress code: Full school uniform

GRADE 8 ADMISSIONS - 2022

We have received a large number of online applications for Grade 8 for the 2022 academic year. Unfortunately many parents have still not confirmed their child’s acceptance at the school.

In order to facilitate our planning for 2022, we are requesting those who have APPLIED ONLINE to provide us with a printout of the application, as well as certified copies of the supporting documents, by 2 NOVEMBER 2021.

Please note that we have learners on the waiting list who need to be placed. Your kind cooperation in this regard is therefore highly appreciated.

Dear Grade 12 parents,
the SGB requests to meet with you tomorrow morning (Saturday, 23 October 2021) regarding the matric farewell. Transport for Gr 12 Saturday classes will leave school at 7.30 am. Please accompany your child to school in the morning and we will have a short meeting. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
