Wendy's Swim School was founded in 2001 in the small village of Hout Bay. With a fun environment to Start swimming the Right way! With over16 years of experience.
With a fun environment to learn in, babies, tots, moms, dads, nannys and grannies can enjoy learning to swim. We offer toddler classes for babies 4 months and up in a fun filled 30 minute group lesson. Focused mainly on pool safety and water awareness. When the pool is warm and the lessons are fun, HBSA is the best place to beat the cold!
We see it every winter; swimming becomes an after thought as it is not a daily activity anymore. BUT, swimming during winter will:
💦Boost your immune system, preventing illness
💦 Maintain & progress fitness and essential swim skills
💦 Teach your little one the safety FUNdamentals of swimming so when summer hits, they are aware of water-safety

This cutie pie is not even 2 years old yet and already reaching so many swimming mile stones!

These are FUNdamental skills that are best learnt when young, so ensure to book your little one in for swimming lessons as soon as you can.

💦STRONG SWIMMERS ARE MADE IN WINTER 💦
This weekend was a rainy reminder that swimming is an all-year round activity!
Our pool is heated to a toasty 34 degrees, the heaters are warming up the pool area, and our coaches' smiles brighten every day (even when we haven't seen the sun in ages) 😅
