🖥Has it been a screen-free holiday time for your children? Here are some suggestions for creative and expressive play:⬇
👗👔Dress-up is always a win. Have a collection of adult clothing available to play dress up. Often, a collection of scarves to use as capes and cloaks, is all that is needed!💃🕺 Encourage stories to be made up to suit the outfits they create.✨
🎬Give a theme and have them create a "movie". Commit to filming their movie for them, after they have spent time developing the plot and rehearsing the acting scenes.💫
🎭Make a bunch of old socks available to be turned into puppets. Use pipe cleaners, buttons, wool and other craft supplies to bring personality to the sock puppets. A puppet show afterwards is a must, of course!🥸
