Every great dancer returns to the fundamentals: posture, alignment, balance, control and clean technique. These are the building blocks that make turns stronger, jumps higher and choreography more confident.
Even 10–15 minutes of focused practice at home each day can make a big difference over time. Practice your basic exercises, stretches and technique slowly and correctly — quality always matters more than speed.
