Some missions begin in silence, travel beyond the atmosphere, and return to the sea.

When they do, the recovery craft matters.

Gemini builds boats for the serious end of operations. Fast response. Stable platforms. Control in real conditions. Confidence for the crews sent to bring the mission home.

Because history does not only happen in the sky.

Sometimes, it comes back through the water.

There is a different standard required when the work is sensitive, the timing matters, and the environment does not forgive mistakes.

That is where Gemini comes into its own.

Trusted by operators who need performance.

Not every operation is meant to be seen.

Some require speed.
Some require control.
Some require absolute trust in the craft beneath the crew.

Gemini is built for the missions that move quietly, work hard, and leave no room for doubt.

SOLAS certification matters because it separates a claim from proof.

It means the boat has not only been built to meet a serious international maritime safety standard. It has been tested, assessed, and certified against it.

For a rescue craft, that matters.

Strength matters.
Stability matters.
Buoyancy matters.
Control matters.
Launch and recovery performance matters.

This is not about saying a boat is capable.

This is about proving it.

A SOLAS certified Gemini has earned the standard.

Tried. Tested. Passed.

The Gemini WR880 in all its glory.

8.8 metres of serious RIB engineering, built around a stepped deep-V monohull designed to run fast, ride soft, and stay composed when the water turns ugly.

The hull gives you lift.
The deep-V gives you bite.
The stepped design helps reduce drag.
The tubes add stability, buoyancy, and confidence when working close to the water.

Every line has a job. Every detail has a reason.

From offshore runs to patrol, rescue, dive support, and hard commercial use, the WR880 is built to handle speed, weight, chop, turns, and long days on the water without losing its nerve.

This is not just a good-looking RIB.

This is Gemini doing what Gemini does best.

A Gemini does not just move through the water. It holds its line.

With a deep-V, stepped hull designed for grip, lift, and control, Gemini RIBs stay composed through chop and predictable through tight turns.

You can feel it in the way it tracks.
You can see it in the way it holds.
You trust it when the water starts working against you.

Built for speed. Built for control. Built by Gemini.

This is a Gemini doing exactly what it is built to do.

Positioned alongside an offshore structure, steady on the water, and ready for the work that happens beyond the harbour line. Whether it is supporting access, inspection, transfer, or operational tasks, this is where capability starts to matter.

Not every boat looks comfortable out here. A Gemini does.

Because when a RIB is built properly, open water stops feeling like a challenge and starts feeling like the place it was always meant to be.

Meet the Gemini WR720.

A fully SOLAS certified 7.2 metre rescue craft, built for serious work, hard use, and the kind of conditions that quickly expose anything ordinary.

The WR720 marks a major milestone for Gemini Marine and stands among a very small number of boats in Africa built to this standard.

For Gemini, this is a proud moment. Not because it makes noise, but because it proves something. Serious design, real-world experience, and uncompromising build standards still matter, and they still show in the final result.

The WR720 is built to answer to more, and now it has the approval to prove it.

This is the part of rescue most people do not see.

Before the boat is on the water, before the crew is moving, before the conditions are known, everything has to work. The launch. The handling. The balance. The build.

For rescue crews, a boat cannot just look capable. It has to be ready to be lifted, launched, pushed, recovered, and sent back out again when the job demands it.

That is where Gemini belongs.

Built for the people who go when others need help.

Not every request that comes through the factory is what you would call standard.

This one started with a render and a very clear vision: a pink RIB, built properly.

Now that concept is becoming a reality, with the pink fibreglass hull taking shape in the factory.

It is a good reminder that custom does not mean compromise. The finish may be different, but the standard stays the same. Care in the build, precision in the finish, and attention to every part of the job.

Some builds are made to blend in. Some are made to stand out.

Either way, they still have to be built like a Gemini.
