Well today at age 49 we realised in therapy, that my 20 years of wrongly diagnosed CBT taught me to suppress my emotions and super mask, even to myself. To the point where I am hardly ever out of burnout. Now I need to unpack and unlearn those "skills" because they are not condusive to dealing with neurodivergence.
